We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Luxembourg data protection law.

2. HOSTING BY WIX

This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. (Tel Aviv, Israel). When the website is called up, Wix automatically records technical data (for example IP address, date and time of access, browser type, operating system) that is necessary for the secure and stable provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Wix may also process data in third countries; appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are in place for this (among others EU standard contractual clauses and the adequacy decision of the EU Commission for Israel). Part of the processing takes place in the United States. For this Wix relies on the adequacy decision of the EU Commission on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on the EU standard contractual clauses.

3. CONTACT FORM AND EMAIL CONTACT

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (first name, last name, email address, subject, message) in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. NEWSLETTER

If you sign up for our newsletter with your email address, we use it on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to send you information about denteam. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to info@denteam.eu.

5. FILE UPLOAD FOR DENTAL PRACTICES

Dental practices can send us digital case data (for example STL files). We process this data exclusively to handle the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and treat it confidentially. Where it contains patient data, the processing is carried out on behalf of the practice concerned.

6. COOKIES

This website uses cookies. You will find the details in our cookie policy (page „Cookies“). We use the consent management tool Usercentrics to obtain consent. The provider is Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany. Usercentrics stores your consent decision in your browser so that we can demonstrate which services you have allowed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. For as long as you have not given consent, we block embedded third party content. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time: via the icon at the bottom left of this page and on the page „Cookies“.

7. SOCIAL MEDIA

Our website contains links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and, where applicable, embedded Instagram content. When you click on or load this content, the respective providers may process data about you. The privacy notices of the respective providers apply.

8. WEB ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING WITH GOOGLE

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics records which pages are called up, how long a visit lasts and by which route someone finds us. Cookies and similar techniques are used for this. Your IP address is truncated before it is stored. We cannot identify an individual person from it.

Through the same Google tag we evaluate whether an advertisement on Google led to an enquiry.

The legal basis is exclusively your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and under the Luxembourg law of 30 May 2005 on the protection of privacy in electronic communications. For as long as you have not agreed in the cookie banner, no Google service is loaded and no data is sent to Google. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via the icon at the bottom left of every page.

Part of the processing takes place in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition. Google deletes the usage data after 14 months at the latest. You will find further information at policies.google.com/privacy.

9. RETENTION PERIOD

We store personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes stated or as long as statutory retention obligations (for example commercial and tax law periods) require. We delete enquiries without any business relationship after six months, and enquiries with a quotation but no contract after twelve months. If an enquiry leads to an order, the commercial law and medical device law periods of ten years apply.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent you have given at any time. Please contact info@denteam.eu for this.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Luxembourg this is the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, www.cnpd.lu.
